1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. INTERNET ACCESS IS REQUIRED TO ENTER. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S., AGED 21 OR OLDER AND WHO ARE LOCATED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES AT TIME OF ENTRY. Void in CA and PR and where prohibited by law. Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) persons who, since August 1, 2006, were or are employees or agents of Coors Brewing Company; The Integer Group®, LLC; Dennis Publishing, Inc.; or Lightning Man Promotions Unlimited; independent contractors of any of the above organizations who are engaged in the development, production, or distribution of materials for the implementation of this sweepstakes; their parent companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries; or the service agencies or independent contractors of any of the above organizations; (b) suppliers, distributors, or retailers of alcohol-beverage products; (c) participants in the 2006-2007 Coors Light Maxim Search Party; and (d) employees of, persons in the immediate family of, or persons living in the same household as any person in any of the preceding categories. Sweepstakes starts at 9:00:00 a.m., Mountain time (MT), on October 10, 2006, and ends at 5:00 p.m., MT, on March 1, 2007 ("Promotion Period").

2. HOW TO ENTER. Access www.CoorsLight.com, and follow all instructions to complete sweepstakes entry. Log on using an existing registration, or complete the information requested in the information fields (full name; complete address [no P.O. Boxes]; birth date; daytime phone number, including area code; and e-mail address). Once log in or registration is complete, click Submit Entry (once submitted, entry cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified). Limit of one entry per person or e-mail address per day. For purposes of this sweepstakes, a day is defined as 12:00:00 a.m., MT, to 11:59:59 p.m., MT, except that a day begins at 9:00 a.m., MT, on October 10, 2006, and a day ends at 5:00 p.m., MT, on March 1, 2007. Important Notice: The name of the authorized account holder associated with any given e-mail address will be deemed to be the owner of the e-mail address and will thus be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Complete Official Rules. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet-access provider, an online-service provider, or another organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Multiple entries per person/e-mail address or any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or agent (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes-entry services) are prohibited and will void all entries by that entrant. Entrants assume all risk of lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. Sponsor (defined below) is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunction, failure, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer-online system, computer equipment, servers, access providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participants' or any other persons' computers relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes; inability to access the entry Web site or any pages thereof; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; or entry submissions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete, garbled, or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or any Web site. Proof of entering information at Web site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

3. PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING. One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about March 2, 2007, by random drawing from all eligible online entries received. GRAND PRIZE (1): A trip for winner and one (1) adult guest to the Coors Light Maxim Search Party Finals Event ("Finals") in Las Vegas, Nevada, in March 2007 (exact dates are to be determined by Sponsor). Trip includes round-trip, coach air transportation for winner and one (1) adult guest from a major commercial airport (located within the U.S.) near winner's home to Las Vegas, Nevada; two nights' lodging (standard accommodations, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to the Coors Light Maxim Search Party Finals Event (exact date, time, and location of event are to be determined by Sponsor); and a chance to be selected as a Coors Light Maxim Search Party Celebrity Judge ("Celebrity Judge") in the Finals. Important Notices: The winner of this sweepstakes might not be selected as the Celebrity Judge. Sponsor will conduct eight (8) Regional Event sweepstakes in addition to this sweepstakes, each awarding a Grand Prize trip to the Finals. The Celebrity Judge will be selected by random drawing at or immediately prior to the Finals from the eight (8) Regional Event sweepstakes winners and the winner of this sweepstakes who are present at the Finals. Finals Event staff reserve the right to disqualify any sweepstakes winner selected as the Celebrity Judge in the event that the person selected is or becomes inebriated, beligerant, rude, disruptive, or otherwise uncooperative with the objectives of the Finals as communicated by Finals Event staff. In that event, an alternate Celebrity Judge may be selected, and Sponsor, Maxim, and the Finals Event staff and their agents, representatives, and contractors will have no obligation or liability whatsoever to the person originally selected and subsequently disqualified. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor. If Grand Prize winner and his/her guest cannot travel on the dates specified by the Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. All travel arrangements must be made through a travel agent selected by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If Grand Prize winner lives within a 200-mile radius of the hotel designated by Sponsor, prize will not include the air-transportation portion of the prize. Grand Prize winner and guest will be responsible for all gratuities, meals, beverages, ground transportation, taxes, and any other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these rules. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Taxes, if any, are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner and his/her guests are responsible for all required travel documentation. Any picture-identification requirements associated with air travel are the Grand Prize winner's and his/her guest's responsibilities. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or mutilated travel documents, and none will be replaced. If the Finals Event is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason, Grand Prize winner will not be reimbursed for tickets, and no substitution or compensation will be provided. Event tickets are subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures. Other restrictions may apply. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,000. ARV of prize package may vary, depending on the point of departure. No substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute any prize of equal or greater value for any reason. Approximately 5,147,000 prize notices will be distributed; however, the odds of winning the Grand Prize prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. The odds of a Grand Prize winner being selected as the Celebrity Judge are 1:9. The random drawing and awarding of the prize will be conducted under the supervision of The Integer Group (Judge), an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes. Entrants agree to be bound by these Complete Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Judge.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by telephone, e-mail, U.S. mail, or private delivery service (at Sponsor's sole discretion) and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Publicity and Liability within three (3) days of notification. Grand Prize winner's guest must be at least 21 years old and will also be required to sign and return a Release of Liability/Publicity prior to travel. In the event of noncompliance, if the Grand Prize winner cannot be reached at the phone number, address, or e-mail address on winner's entry, or if the Grand Prize or Grand Prize notification is returned as unclaimed or is undeliverable for whatever reason beyond the control of Sponsor, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will not be selected due to lack of time prior to event. The return of the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Publicity and Liability within the allotted time shall be solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner; Sponsor is not responsible for delays in delivery. By participating and accepting a prize, where permitted by law, winner grants to Sponsor (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use-worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including, but not limited to, the World Wide Web-at any time(s) the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or review without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. All entrants agree to hold harmless and release Coors Brewing Company; The Integer Group; Dennis Publishing, Inc.; and Lightning Man Promotions Unlimited; their respective parent companies, distributors, affiliates, and subsidiaries; the service agencies and independent contractors of any of the above organizations; their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (including advertising and promotion agencies); and all others associated with the development and execution of this sweepstakes from any and all existing or future actions, claims, and liabilities with respect to or in any way arising, in whole or in part, from this sweepstakes; participation in any sweepstakes-related activity; and/or delivery/misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, including, but not limited to, liability for personal injury, bodily injury (including wrongful death or disability), damage to property, and damage or loss of any other kind. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that might occur in the processing of submissions in the sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications-line failure, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone networks or lines; providers; computer equipment; or computer software on account of technical problems or traffic congestion, including injury or damage to the participant's or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from this Web site. Sponsor is not responsible for user cheating or fraud by any entrants. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play of the sweepstakes or to defraud Sponsor in any way will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Participants who engage in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to, but without limitation, tampering; unauthorized intervention; fraud; technical failures; or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes and to draw a potential winner from all eligible entries received as of the date of termination.

6. DISPUTES. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF COLORADO, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this sweepstakes, each participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Jefferson County, Colorado, having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive; incidental; or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
